ABOUT US
Pioneer Adventure Tours was established in August 15th in Shillong with the prime intent
to introduce and expose adventure sports
in the state of Meghalaya and the North East as a whole.With Meghalaya showing immense promise for adventure activity,
it made absolute sense to start off an adventure company.
Qualified Professionals
Most members have vast experience in all the adventure activities and are also Qualified instructors in Scuba Diving from PADI and also certified in the field of Mountaineering and rock climbing from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering.
Experienced & Ready
We have also been part of major river rafting expeditions. We also have a member who is highly experience in the field of mountaineering climbing Mt Everest and Mt Kancehnjunga in Nepal , Mt Cho oyu in Tibet ,Nyegi Kangtsang in Arunachal Pradesh and recently Stok Kangri in Leh Ladakh.
With all of us having experience in various fields we decided to start pioneer adventure tours so people can enjoy the thrills of adventure sports.

Gary
He is a highly experience in the field of mountaineering, climbing Mt Everest and Mt Kancehnjunga in Nepal , Mt Cho oyu in Tibet ,Nyegi Kangtsang in Arunachal Pradesh and recently Stok Kangri in Leh Ladakh. Is the 1st Lad from Meghalaya to summit Mt Everest. He is also a certified PADI Scuba diving Instructor who operates his diving school in Goa called ‘’Goa Diving’’. Also a licensed Power boat handler (PBH) and a licensed Life saving Technique (LST) holder from National Institute of water sports (NIWS).
Jason
Passed his basis mountaineering course from Nehru Institute of mountaineering (NIM). He is also a Certified PADI Dive master. Also passed his Rock Climbing course from Thailand. Also a licensed Power boat handler (PBH) and a licensed Life saving Technique (LST) holder from National Institute of water sports (NIWS). Together both brothers summited Mt Stoke kangri 6200 mts at Leh, Ladakh.
